In the past I was very skinny with little shape and had a real fear of getting “fat” so I would exercise to the extreme and not feed my body with the proper nutrients it needed. eventually my Menstrual cycle completely stopped and it wasn’t uncommon for me to faint and get very light headed. As I got more and more into weight training and as my body began to change shape I started to like how I looked and felt and wanted more!! This is when I decided to go to college and study to become a trainer, to not only learn more for myself, but to help other women who may have had a similar experience to me.
Once I had finished my studies, my family and I emigrated from Glasgow in Scotland to Melbourne Australia. I have worked as a personal trainer for some of the largest gym’s in the industry for many years before I took the big step to setting up my own business and working for myself.
I continue to grow in knowledge, as a person, as a trainer and physically and I owe so much of that from the healthy lifestyle that I love and live.
I want women from all walks of life to experience how empowering, strong, fierce, sexy, confident and bad ass it feels to weight train.
Every woman deserves to feel beautiful and confident in their own skin because when she does, she can accomplish anything in life, and THAT is what eating well and weight training can give you.View
